Hi Richard,
We (Cambio CDS) have been implementing CDS-hooks since 2019, one of our earliest deployments is for a EU funded research project, C3-Cloud (https://c3-cloud.eu/), to support personalized care plans for patients with chronic conditions. We have deployments of cds-hooks based CDS-services in Sweden and New Zealand. Some of our cds-service development as part of 2018 Scotland National CDS Programme is also based on CDS-hooks.
