Hello: We are preparing to participate CDS Hooks track for the coming Connectathon 12. I would like to know how we could start the works since we didn't attend this track before.

Some background information: We have created a SMART for FHIR app on SmartHealthIT for both gallery launch and stand alone launch. We half way connecting the same app to Epic. I have some basic ideas about how CDS Hooks works. I would like to see any sample codes that could help us to update the same app to CDS Hooks.

@Kevin Shekleton and I are still looking at some API simplifications, and we hope to have these documented shortly (otherwise, we'll stick with the existing API).
