There used to be a list of hooks on the main menu at the https://cds-hooks.hl7.org page. Now there isn't. And I can't find a link that tells me where to go find the list of hooks. (If it's there, it's not terribly prominent.) Where do I go to find the current list of hooks? (And can we make it easier to find?)

I don't know if https://cds-hooks.org/ is still a gold-source, but if so, it has a list of hooks in the menu on the left-hand side.

Only the CDS Hooks framework has been released via HL7, though the 2018May ballot mistakenly included them. There's a Hook Definitions PSS to begin to publish hooks starting with patient-view which you can see mentioned on https://confluence.hl7.org/display/CDS/2019-07-24+Meeting+Agenda . cds-hooks.org will always have the current unreleased build of the spec and hooks

There should still be a pointer from the official hooks spec to find what hooks exist - even if draft.

And to build on Dennis's response, https://cds-hooks.org continues to be the "gold source" for the community / build version of the spec.
We're actively working with the CDS wg to have real world hooks published on hl7.
