It appears that the 1.0 version is the latest stable release. There is also the STU2 Ballot (v1.1) - September 2020. Any update on this becoming a stable release? Is there a page that documents the differences between the 1.1 Ballot version and the "current" version, i.e. continuous integration, community release of the CDS Hooks specification? Thanks.

Specification-level changes are tracked in JIRA, and detailed commit-level history is always available in the github repository.

The STU2 Ballot (v1.1) is currently in reconciliation, voting on those reconciliation happens in the CDS WG call on Wednesdays at 12:00 ET, and we also post block vote notifications to this stream as well as the CDS list serve.
