Has anyone been able to test/validate the second scenario of the cds-hooks track (Implement Security to the FHIR Server)?
We have a service ready to test with a secure server that supplies the oauth.token:

I don't believe any of the EHR implementations (mine included) have been able to get it implemented yet. :-(
