After years of work, almost 1000 commits to the specification, with help from 68 distinct contributors and ~11 open source implementations, CDS Hooks 1.0 has been officially published by HL7.

@Isaac Vetter @Bryn Rhodes - We are working on the PDDI CDS use case and created an issue on github that we hoped to discuss: https://github.com/cds-hooks/docs/issues/477 -- the goal for the use case it to allow the hooks such as order-sign to submit a DetectedIssue resource to the CDS service....the github issue illustrates two options that @Thomas Reese and I thought of. What are your thoughts?
